A past weekend. Written after the fact from what local sources listed and the weather that actually happened.
Saturday stayed mild at 78 with a little drizzle, and Sunday turned wet, with 1.11 inches of heavy rain and a high of 81. The listings leaned indoors: drop-in music classes, a game night and a children's Bible study.
What the weather did
Saturday
78° / 63°
Drizzle, 0.02 in of rain.
Sunday
81° / 69°
Heavy rain, 1.11 in of rain.
The weather rule that weekend: Warm afternoon: do the open-sun stuff in the morning and save shade for later. A passing shower, too.
Commonplay ran a drop-in fall music class at Paintbox Kids and Home on Sunday morning. A drop-in slot meant families could try one class without signing up for the whole session.
